Services

Pryde Power-Washing LLC provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to house washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, and gutter cleaning. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to change upon inspection.
Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.
Additional charges may apply for properties requiring special equipment or extra work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability.
We request 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services.
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required.

Property Access and Preparation

Customers are responsible for:

Providing access to water and electrical outlets if needed
Securing or removing fragile items near work areas
Ensuring pets are safely secured during service
Closing all windows and doors before service begins

Liability and Insurance

Pryde Power-Washing LLC is fully licensed and insured. However:

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions
Customers should report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pryde Power-Washing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pryde Power-Washing LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
